How do I show my phone number on screen?

Two free ways:

• Type or paste your number in the box and it displays in large, easy-to-read type — handy for reading it aloud, showing it to someone, or putting it up on a screen. Then tap Copy, Share or Save as contact.
• Don’t know your number? Tap Detect my number to open our free detector, call the number it gives you, and it reads your number off the live call — even when your SIM or eSIM stores nothing.

Share your number or save it as a contact

Once your number is on screen you can hand it over without dictating digits:

• Share opens your phone’s share sheet, so you can send it by message, email or any app.
• Save as contact downloads a standard .vcf card the other person can open to add you instantly.
• Copy puts the number on your clipboard in clean form.

Copy your number in the right format

For apps and forms that need an international format, share or copy your number with its country code (for example +1 212 555 0173). For local use, the national format is fine. If you’re not sure which your number is, our detector shows it in the standard formats automatically.
