A Pakistan mobile number is mobiles start 03 (11 digits national), written +92 3XX XXXXXXX — for example 0301 2345678 / +92 301 2345678. If what you see doesn't match that, you may be reading a different field (such as the ICCID/SIM serial) rather than your number — re-check with the method above.
